COVID-19 UPDATES
Social Distancing Catering Service and New Changeover Rules
We support social distancing in our catering services and we adopted to new-normal.
We sought the views of our team as we worked through our reopening, to give us all confidence in the measures we are introducing to keep them safe.
Our approach is to support social distancing during the catering service, while still providing almost all menu items are listed on our Gourmet Menu, we can only limit the decoration on plates due working with much smaller teams.
Floor markings reminding social distancing measures have will be stickered on specific areas where we will set-up our crepe catering bars.
Contactless thermometers will be used to take the temperature of staff members arriving.
Non-medical grade face masks – will be provided to member of staff.
Much smaller teams will be working together with social distancing, this may delay serving time a few minutes.
We will be placing barriers between chefs and your guests, as an additional element of protection for workers and customers.
We will be placing notices promoting hand hygiene and social distancing.
Additionally, all areas will be deep cleaned before starting to work and routine cleaning procedures will be increased with stronger cleaner.
All staff will be updated with a special training regarding cleanliness and sanitisation in our new-normal.
